One of those companions, his former neighbour Dominique Deruddere, directed this three-part documentary. Arno's journey - and that of the documentary - starts in Ostend, where a young Arno is introduced to the blues. It's in this beach town that the infamous band TC Matic is born many years later and Arno will never cut ties with the pull of the North Sea for the rest of his life. After his death in 2022, this docu-series proved to be a more than valuable time capsule for one of Belgium's greatest rockstars ever, with the comforting notion that he received all possible praise when he was still alive.
