The amount of food that ducks are forced to swallow every day is equivalent to a quarter of their body weight. That is as if an 80 kg person were forced to eat 20 kg of spaghetti every day. Foie gras does not fit into a contemporary cuisine that values respect for ingredients, seasons and animals. This year, say NO to foie gras together, even if it is offered to you.
